Try this guided meditation practice to help you start your day from a place of calm, connecting to your body’s innate ability to be at ease. The practice starts with some simple breathing exercises to calm your nervous system including a lengthening exhale technique (which can be used anytime) and bramari or humming bee breath which helps to take the body and mind to a still and quiet place for meditation.
This practice was recorded as a guided morning meditation but you can use it at any time of the day, whenever you feel you need some moments of calm!
