  • Setting goals for us to work towards

  • Creating a vision that inspires you

  • Considering options and tackling hard decisions

  • Building an action plan to help you get started

  • Developing confidence and overcoming set-backs

You’ll benefit from regular conversations either face-to-face or online via Zoom, structured exercises to guide your thinking, and support between sessions via email or phone should you need it.
