For me, coaching is about getting unstuck and making things happen. 

Coaching and yoga have been my passions for many years and I’m excited to be able to share them with others and make them into my career. 

I work as a coach because I love helping people get unstuck, turn their ideas into reality and achieve things that they’ve been trying to make happen for a long time.

Understanding how people respond and adapt to change has been a big part of my career. I work as a communications consultant, helping companies communicate with their employees about change. I’ve now turned my focus to making change happen for individuals and I love seeing my clients grow and achieve great things through our coaching.

I’ve spent many years trying to create a life that works on my terms. My search for balance and autonomy in my career led me to make significant changes in my professional and personal life. I’ve moved from a corporate consulting career to working freelance and creating my own business. I’ve worked with a number of great coaches along the way and I’ve seen first-hand how coaching can help to bring some much-needed clarity and accelerate the changes I want to make. 

Through my work, I enable clients to see their situation from a different perspective and take action towards making meaningful change happen. I believe that with the right support and encouragement, we can all achieve amazing things.

Yoga and mindfulness are big influences in my life and have helped me manage my own stress and anxiety and find a real sense of balance. In 2018, I finally took the plunge to join the Jivamukti Yoga 300 hour teaching training programme in Costa Rica and I now love bringing yoga to life for others. Over time my yoga style has become more mindful and restorative as I help my students tune in to their body and mind, release tension and difficult emotions and find a greater sense of calm. Breathwork and meditation, essential components of feeling balanced, feature in all my classes. I bring elements of mindfulness and meditation into my coaching and I also teach workshops focused on helping people reconnect and find more balance.
