Thrive brings together tailored one-to-one coaching and yoga to help you feel calmer, confident and ready to create the life you love. It’s a tailor-made programme to help you accelerate the changes you want to make happen. Regular coaching conversations will focus on creating a life that excites you and helping you feel energised and confident to make it happen. Yoga and mindfulness practices will help you feel calmer and more balanced in your body and mind.

Over 12 weeks of regular one-to-one coaching and yoga you will learn how to bring more energy and balance to your life. You’ll walk away with practical tools to maintain this sense of ease and a roadmap for the changes you want to make across different areas of your life. 

Thrive supports you in four distinct ways:  

  1. CALM: Practice yoga and mindfulness to help you feel calmer, more open and balanced in mind and body. Develop your own self-practice with structured support and guidance. 

  2. CONNECTION: Reconnect with what you love, feel and are passionate about. Put yourself back in the centre of your life and create dedicated time to making yourself happier.  

  3. CLARITY: Get clear on what you want your life to look like, prioritise the changes that will make the biggest difference, create a plan and take action to make it happen. 

  4. CONFIDENCE: Feel confident to take action and trust your decisions. Identify patterns and behaviours that have held you back. Get structured support to help you overcome challenges and be accountable.



Thrive is designed to accelerate change. Working together for 12 weeks creates the focus, structure, support and commitment you need to make progress and see change start to happen. You also get ongoing support from me between sessions (by text, email or phone) which gives you unlimited coaching support over the course of the programme. 

I prefer to work face-to-face with clients wherever possible, but online options are of course available. We can also create a blend of face-to-face and online time to fit your schedule.

About me  

I’m a corporate change consultant turned coach and yoga teacher. I help individuals create a life they love and take practical steps to make change happen, whilst feeling calmer and happier along the way. I have over 15 years experience helping companies deliver and adapt to change and I now focus on making change happen for individuals through coaching and yoga. I love working with clients one-to-one to help them thrive. 

I’ve made balance a way of life, moving from the corporate world to working freelance and turning my passions of personal development, yoga and meditation into a business. I know first-hand the challenges of managing anxiety and burnout and credit meditation as the most powerful tool for balancing my mental health. My yoga practice spans many different disciplines. My first 300hr teacher training took me to Costa Rica to train with Jivamukti Yoga and I’ve also taken trainings in Yin and yoga for pregnancy. I teach yoga and meditation classes online and around London.

What is coaching? 

Coaching is a designed alliance that seeks to bring out the best in you and help you create and live the life you want to live. Coaching is a partnership between coach and client. It is not advice, mentoring, therapy or counselling. Coaching builds awareness, empowers choice and leads to change. It may address personal projects, business successes or general conditions in your life or profession.

Why private yoga? 

Private one-to-one yoga sessions are tailored to your individual needs and requirements. They are an ideal way to explore, develop and understand your own personal yoga practice and move at your own pace. Lessons are arranged to fit around your schedule and take place in your home or garden. As well as being convenient, this helps to build commitment and allows you to ask questions and go deeper into areas that interest you.

I’m new to yoga - is Thrive right for me? 

Thrive is a great starting point if you are new to yoga. Practicing one-to-one will help you become familiar with yoga and learn some basic techniques, so you can be confident joining group classes. We can adapt the practice with safe alignment techniques for any injuries you may have.  

I’ve been practicing yoga for a while - is Thrive for me? 

Personalised yoga sessions are great for beginners and more advanced yogis alike. There are always new ways to explore yoga, in particular this type of support can help you develop a regular self practice. We will tailor our practice to your body and adapt with safe alignment techniques for any injuries you may have.

Do I need yoga equipment? 

I recommend a few simple yoga tools, including a mat, yoga block and a blanket. A yoga bolster is also a treat. However we can easily substitute these for cushions and items that you have at home. 

Are sessions face to face or online?

Every client is different and I tailor the contact to what suits you. My preference is to work face-to-face with clients wherever possible, but online options are of course available. 

For London based clients I offer face-to-face sessions at your home now that social distancing restrictions are easing. Many clients choose to do a mix of online and face-to-face to fit around their schedule. Thrive can also be a fully online programme so you can join wherever you are based! 

What online platform do you use? 

Zoom is the platform for my online coaching conversations, yoga and meditation classes. Many clients are familiar with using Zoom but I can give you a demo if you are new to it. 

Do I have to sign up for 3 months? 

Thrive is designed to accelerate change. Working together intensely for 3 months creates the focus, structure, support and commitment you need to make progress and see change start to happen. At the end of 3 months we will evaluate progress. If you’d like to continue working together we can design an adapted version of the programme that suits your ongoing needs. 

What’s the cancellation policy? 

Thrive is a 3 month commitment. You can pay monthly, or pay upfront for a discounted rate. I do understand that things come up, so you can pause your programme for up to 2 weeks if you need to.

What if I need to move my yoga class or coaching conversation? 

At the start of the programme we will agree a time for your weekly yoga class and aim to stick to this time each week. We will also schedule times for your regular coaching conversations. However, I understand that things come up with work and life! 

If you need to move your sessions, please give me as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours) and I will try to find a new time to meet that week. It may not be possible to offer you a session at the same time of day but I will be as flexible as I can. Similarly, in the unlikely event I need to move a session I will give you as much notice as possible. 

Yoga classes can be rolled over to the following week if we are unable to find a suitable alternative time, however all classes must be used within the 3 month programme period.
